what do you mean by iot security reports?
When you say FOTA, do you mean Airvantage?
If so, I can see the following in AVMS portal:

Yes FOTA I believe should mean the Airvantage documentation. For IoT security reports, do we have this available/known from a firmware perspective? There is a latest firmware for the MC7354 module that we require to use as per direction from Verizon certification team

For the IoT Security reports, best to contact your distributor and they in turn will contact the Semtech certification team. The Semtech Cert guys have the IoT Security report for the MC7354.
