Alright… Trying to get an EM7565 card to work with Windows 10… Suspect I am missing something… Laptop 1… Install card, laptop no longer turns on… Would prefer to use this computer, any ideas why laptop will not power up with the card installed? (Latitude 5400, not a BIOS whitelist issue) Lapt…

how about changing it to use MBIM? at!entercnd="A710" AT!usbcomp=1,3,100D AT!reset

for laptop 2, what is the return of the followings in modem port? ati3 AT!impref? at!entercnd="A710" at!gstatus? at!usbcomp? at!usbcomp=?

[image] jyijyi: ati3 AT!impref? at!entercnd=“A710” at!gstatus? at!usbcomp? at!usbcomp=? This is with it ‘connected’. ati Manufacturer: Sierra Wireless, Incorporated Model: EM7565 Revision: SWI9X50C_01.14.13.00 883709 jenkins 2022/01/05 07:08:35 IMEI: 353533101408888 IMEI SV: 14 FS…

Thank you, that seems to have fixed it, don’t need to toggle Flight Mode anymore either… Is there a trick to make sure that it sticks? Previous cards used USBCOMP=8 when installing the driver… Is there an updated command that should be used?

Other user also uses USBCOMP=8 to make sure modem port is enumerated: [image] USSD Software for Windows 10 MC/EM Series you can open Configuration.ini and change “USBCOMP=8” and run the driver setup again

That worked on the 74xx and 73xx cards, same with the USBCOMP= AT command… Does that still work when installing the 7565 cards? I know I tried it a few times, but I tried many things…

didn’t you already prove that works?

No… ./GenericDriverSetup_5087.exe USBCOMP=8 Definitely doesn’t work, for the EM7565 anyways… It did/does for the 735x and 745x cards though. Will changing it to, ./GenericDriverSetup_5087.exe USBCOMP=1,3,100D work as GenericDriverSetup_5087.exe USBCOMP=8 did for the older cards?

Seems not using same parameter in usbcomp, you can double check Btw, why don’t you just enter the AT!usbcomp command manually for your em7565?

[image] kevinds: GNSS doesn’t work either… Connecting to the NEMA port shows the feed, but as no signal. AT!GPSAUTOSTART=1,1,255,4294967280,1 Fixed the GNSS not working.
