EM74x1 thermal test

Hi,

I am testing EM74x1 thermal.
One question I have is if testing thermal in factory test mode will there be a temperature protection mechanism or will it be turned off or ignored.
In addition, the EM7421 thermal will display inactive after running for 1.5 hours in the factory test mode. Is there a time parameter in the command? Or is there other restrictions?
