How can I enable Band 40 which is 2300 Mhz LTE-TDD B40 on this EM7455 module? Any possibilities to enable the same by terminal AT commands or by firmware. I am from India and all mobile service providers in India support 2CA carrier aggregation on LTE-TDD band 40.

you should use EM7430 which has the B40

You can check the product technical specification of em7455 on chapter1
No, 7455 does not support it from a hardware point of view and so there is no way to enable it.
