I have designed a custom board with EM7430 module with USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 interface to Nvidia TX2 SOM which runs on linux OS, at board bring-up, on ls usb command , the module gets detected under USB 2.0 but USB 3.0 is not detected. sim card is detected, and can able to connect to network with USB 2.0 but the issue is that i cant able to communicate with the module in USB 3.0 interface as the datasheet has USB 3.0 lines in it. Can anyone help me out with this

I don’t see problem with EM7455 to have USB3.0:

Thanks for your reply, we are using EM7430 module in our design, is EM7430 and EM 7455 are the same? Also does EM7430 supports USB 3.0 interface?

I think so, you can check the product technical specification of EM7430.
