I dont see the file /sys/class/net/usb0/qmi/raw_ip created. Probably needs a kernel patch to support raw ip? Regards Simon

can you create the raw_ip there by yourself?

I am not sure ppp dial up is supported, but you can have a try and see if there is any luck
