Client/Server connection w.r.t billed data

Hi,

When two GPRS modems connect together and the server spawns a socket for the client, does the data required for this initial connection count as GPRS billed data?

Is it only the data transferred between server and client after initial connection that counts as billed data?

You would have to ask your service provider about that!
