BX310x Uart Communication

I just purchased a BX3105 evaluation board. I can communicate over serial using TERMite and AT commands. Not all the commands seem to work, and I can’t figure out how to get the device discover-able and pair-able. If someone can just post the AT commands and the order, that would be helpful. I know, this is basic stuff, but I’m really stuck here.
