BC127 SKUs with mic analog input internal blocking capacitors

Hi!

The 41110693 Rev 2 document on the BC127 says “Internal capacitors are available on some SKUs” but does not list them. How do I know whether my modules have or not these capacitors?

I got them from Digikey, and this is the part number they are currently selling: BC127-1103383 but whether or not that part has the capacitors should be documented by Sierra. Please let me know, thanks!
