FX30S not working after using AT&T 5G SIM card

Hi All, I’m setting up a FX30S for a customer and I just received their AT&T SIM card. I inserted in the FX30S and after initial startup, the modem does not connect to the AT&A network. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the APN had been changed to vzwinternett for Verizon networks. I reset the correct APN tobroadband for the AT&T network, but it always changes back to vzwinternet. I tried switching the SIM card to another FX30S that I had here already working with on the AT&T network wit…
