We have several gateways under ALMS management that show no data usage statistics in the data usage chart or in the month to date data usage column. This applies to all our Raven XEs and several ES450s. One difference I already accounted for was that the devices showing no statistics did not have usage monitoring turned on. I fixed that yesterday by applying revised templates to the affected gateways and verified in the timeline data collection that we were now collecting daily, weekly, and monthly data usage statistics. The airtime usage charts and month to date data usage column for these gateways are still empty. What else do I need to do?
For the ES450s I had to reapply another template setting the monthly data usage limit and then statistics started showing up. No such luck with the Raven XEs.
