Hi All, I am working for Zebra Technologies and we use Airlink RV50x for one of our product. We need to use the 4G band 38. This band is used in France for Private LTE network. But something goes wrong in your datasheet because Band 38 is supported but for ASIA. And we need it for Europe. So can you clarify this point?

I don’t know. Maybe somebody from Sierra in the US now which module Zebra has chosen?

According to 41113547_ALEOS 4.13.0 Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink RV50_r1.pdf
Radio module MC7430 (RV50X) has supported the band 38. Radio Module MC7455 (RV50X) has not supported the band 38.

The software team develops RV50X with radio module firmware as below:
MC7455 (North America & EMEA)
4G LTE: 2100(B1), 1900(B2), 1800(B3), AWS(B4),850(B5), 2600(B7), 900(B8), 700(B12), 700(B13), 800(B20), 1900(B25), 850(B26), 700(B29), TDD B41
MC7430 (ASIA Pacific)
4G LTE: 2100(B1), 1800(B3), 850(B5), 2600(B7), 900(B8), 850(B18), 850(B19),1500(B21), 700(B28), TDD 38, TDD 39, TDD 40, TDD 41
They don’t develop RV50X with radio module firmware band 38 in EMEA.

thanks Donald, but it’s a big mistake!!! band 38 is one of the band use in Europe for private LTE and MIssion Critical. It’s absurd or disregard of the market!
