Access to DSP from OpenAT

Hello all,

I’m planning to build an application on OpenAT which will need to decode and encoded AMR voice on an SL808x module.The application will send the encoded AMR data as VOIP traffic.

The CPU on the OpenAT modules is too low to do this in software, so I will need to use the modules on-board DSP chip.

Can a program running on OpenAT access the onboard DSP to do realtime AMR encode/decode?

As far as I know, no, there is no access to the DSP apart from the functions listed in the ADL user guide and the AT command user guide.
