Could you tell me Pin Description in Reset state and Power supply voltage 3.4V or lower?

I want to design circuit around WP7605.
I looked for Pin Description in Reset state and Power supply voltage 3.4V or lower in AP WP76xx PTS Rev12, but I can’t find it.
