WS6318 GPRS bearer state (AT+WIPBR)

Good day!

In WS6318 datasheet (AirPrime_WS6318_Firmware_L31_AT_Command_Manual_Rev1_0-1) is stated that to define the state of bearer I should use the read command:

AT+WIPBR?
,
[,[…]]
OK

The example how to use this command is also provided:
AT+WIPBR?

1,0
6,1
OK
Note: Bearer UART1 is open but not started bearer
GPRS is open and started

The questions are as follows:

  1. The first one. May be it is clear without saying but, I couldn’t find the definition of the state in the datasheet. Where could I find this?
  2. The second. What are the reasons that could influence on GPRS bearer state? For example it works fine but all of a sudden something is happened and it stops operating properly.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
SANEL

Hi,

“State” is not mentioned in WIP TCP IP AT command manual for WISMO.
But it is mentioned in WIP AT command guide. It is same for WISMO also. You can refer to it.

I think it is documentation error in WIP guide.

Thanks.
