WP76XX Toolchain download

Hello,
I am trying to setup my machine for compiling Legato for the WP76xx target, however I am unable to download the toolchain as Sierra Wireless Source is down at the moment. Is there anywhere else I can download the toolchain from until Source is back up?

You can install VSCode then leaf. After that via VScode, you can download the toolchain which you want
