What AT!CUSTOM="FASTENUMEN" does?

Hi,

I see that AT!CUSTOM=“FASTENUMEN” says enable/disable fast enumeration for cold/warm start.
Does this command refer to cold and warm start of the module or cold and warm start of the GPS location?
Could someone explain what this command does?

What module are you working with?
