It is my understanding that SSL allows us to load Certification Authority (CA) Certificates (amongst others).
So, using Https, to connect to a server, I would load that site’s CA, so that wipssl would not have to check the CA at its site, as it has it locally and hopefully will trust it.
All of this in order to speed up a SSL transaction and limit the amount of data transferred.

I don’t however, see less data, or a faster transaction.
I suspect I am missing something, or perhaps have the CA in the incorrect format.

If you have experience with this, please advise.

As far as i know SSL is used to perform secure connections and exchange data in an encrypted format.I’m not sure if a faster transaction is expected after loading the CA .
