I can see some error code returned and no firmware infomation reported. No idea why and how to fix that. Can anyone help me?

how about putting the module to download mode first by typing “AT!BOOTHOLD” ?

Thank you for advice, but seems no help.
After typing “AT!BOOTHOLD” I got a OK response and then the module is disconnected from PC, looks like the AT command is working, but the update tool give the same error as before.

After AT!BOOTHOLD, module should be in DM only mode which is download mode.
So there should not be any AT command port
