i am using Q24 plus i am able to control pins GPO1,GPIO4 using open AT.but i am unable to control the pins GPIO0,GPIO5(i am not using UART2). what may be the issue?

Just turn off you UART2 before using it as GPIO. The command for it is AT+WMFM.

thanks for your reply, i am unable to control the following gpio pins.
1)how to control GPO0 pin (i am using 3V SIM)
2)how to control GPIO2(multiplexed with UART1 ring indicator)

You can set the module in 3V SIM only mode. Try AT+WFM command.
I guess it is impossible to use GPIO2 without switching off the UART1.
