We are using the BC127 module in our project, and the firmware version is Melody Audio V6.0.43. Now i have three problems in debug.
1.The first Problem:
When I pair the BC127 with the mobile A ,and other mobile B to CALL_INCOMING or CALL_OUTGOING mobile A, the call ends on the mobile B or press the HangUp key, The Bluetooth module sends a " SCO_CLOSE 13" message, but
the “SCO_CLOSE 13” message is slow to respond to Sound, so i can not mute the Sound in advance, so my test vehicle will send a ‘POP’ Sound when hangup the call.
?
Note: when i hangup the call, If can send the “SCO_CLOSE 13” message instantly ?
2.The Second Problem:
when BT module link a device of android system , and have a App in the device, The App can control the Bluetooth Music play , but when start to play music, the music has Intermittent , and the log of APP"E/bt_btif: btif_get_num_aa_frame() - Limiting frames to be sent from 59 to 10 ",and After a period of time, the BT music play can back to normal. how can i slove it ?
3.The third Problem:
We have the App to control the Bluetooth module, and can Switch the sound to the output the mobile or my test vehicle, but when the CALL_INCOMING or CALL_OUTGOING, switch the Sound, the Bluetooth module can sends the “SCO_CLOSE 13” message.
Can send other information in addition to “SCO_CLOSE 13”?
1.Here is some of the config info:
HFP_CONFIG= OFF ON OFF OFF ON
In case of incoming call, I got no INBAND_RING AGHFP, also no ringtone info.
Is there anywhere else that can config something?
I config HFP enabled in PROFILES like this:
PROFILES=2 0 2 0 2 1 2 1 0 0 1 0
Is that correct?
I think I am repeating your issue but why are not setting HFP to have incoming ring tones enabled? Can you try this?
set HFP_CONFIG=OFF ON ON OFF OFF

With regards getting it fixed, can you raise it with your commercial channel i.e. your distributor, they should be able to get a ticket raise for it to be looked at.
Call the mobile number from another line.
If the test call fails, the problem is with that number. Reach out to the service provider for that number.
If the test call works, try to dial the number again, first calling *67 and then the 11-digit number.
