PM attachment bug

Hello,

I’ve noticed that attachments in PMs might be deleted. Whenever I tried opening it, I always get a “The selected attachment does not exist anymore” message. Could somebody look into this?

Hi Jeffrey,

we had an issue some times ago, but it has been fixed. We’ve unfortunately lost these data.
Did you experienced it again recently with recent attachments?

Hi Thibault,

Yes. I’ve been interacting with a couple of users lately (in the past month) via PM and their attachments are all “not existing”.
