MC7700 Replacement for Canada

We just found out that MC7700 is no longer manufactured.
What is recommended replacement for Canada?

MC 7354 seems pretty close but it only lists AT&T, Verison and Sprint as supported Carriers.
We need a module that would work with Rogers,bell and Telus.
