How to set APN User ID /Password on MC7700?

Hello, does anybody know why the modem does not support this AT command using an empty user and pwd? AT$QCPDPP=1,1,““,““ The modem itself returns with an error. Using other settings with a user/pwd work. E.g. web.vodafone.de with empty user/pwd does not work. Do we make something wrong? Thanks, Johannes
