HL6528 CMUX on windows

Hi All,
I used HL6528 to do ppp connection, but I want send at command.
I found an “at command” can do it.

Case 1. I can use virtual serial port on linux and I can get IP address by pppd. But I cannot ping 8.8.8.8.
I already check pppd that can ping 8.8.8.8 without CMUX mode.
question -> how to setup at+cmux correctly?

Case 2. Does Sierra have CMUX application on windows? I need to fast check it.

In Linux there is one utility to do MUX. you can download it from the below link.

for windows, I don’t think we have any CMUX application.
