Gobinet USB Error WP7609

I have got the following error when I connect the usb port in a Linux machine. Am I missing something?
The Gobinet driver version is S2.36N2.55.

Is that related to power supply?
Did you try this on MangOH Red board?

I’ve measured the power supply and it’s Ok.
We are using our board, developed based on Mango Red.
Is this problem may be related a hardware failure on USB?
I’ve tried to connect with the UART1 sending AT command, but it don’t work too.

I guess probably hardware connection problem
