The device manages data flow between UART and GPRS.
Data is transmitted and received over the air interface via secure TCP/IP socket (client mode).

The issue is, that the device is object of FIPS 140-2 Level 1 certification.
Has anybody tried to integrate OpenSSL FIPS Object Module v2.0, or any commercial FIPS certified crypto module?
Any advise is welcome,
