I am working for a company that uses the EM9291 5G modules in several products. And to compile a compliance report for these products the material composition or the RoHS3/REACH compliance certificates of all used components are needed.
Previously I have sent similar request through the Contact Us page, but the answer I received did not contain requested certificates.
Thus, may I ask you to share the certificates or a material declaration?

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately no, this is not enough information. I cannot find a confirmation that the EM9291 module belong to** AirPrimeTM Sierra Wireless Products family, and the letter does not contains any **statement on the RoHS compliance.
And regarding contacting the distributor. I just assumed that the manufacturer would have these certificates, as distributor can only request them from them.

Yes, ask distributor to get these information from Sierra
But this is the Sierra Wireless site and forum, so I am contacting the manufacturer (You) directly. As it was advised by your support system via the messages.
