What’s new about the beta as it has been released last week ?

Andy, I think the answer to your original question is, “Yes.” Everyone in the Alpha programme automatically gets into the Beta programme.

Correct. Any Alpha tester can go to https://forum.sierrawireless.com/t/new-legato-release/11925/1 and follow instructions… to become a beta !
