Basically, the chart is read like this:
1 + 8 = means “Primary Band is 1 and Secondary Band is 8”
The slashes mean that the Secondary Band can be “one of”:
2+ 2/5/12/13/29 = means “Primary Band is 2 and Secondary Band is either 2 OR 5 OR 12 OR 13 OR 29”
