NO SIGNAL ON EM7455

Good morning.

I´d appreciate your Support on this problem.
I have a Sierra Wireless EM 7455 internal modem in a Lenovo X1 Carbon 4th Generation model type 20FC.

Notebook recognizes the modem and the carrier. However , when connecting it starts “ searching for signal or service” but finishes without acomplishing it. This happens in places were service is available from my carrier.

Thanks in advance helping solve this annoying issue.

Look forward for your reply/solution.

I’m having the same issue. Windows shows “No Service” and the check of the EM7455 shows it as “No signal” and no roaming. I’ve been trying to enable roaming but they don’t make it easy. I was able to get it to ask me to connect once but after it failed the option never came back even after power off restarts.
