Its possible to use an 2G Card outside of the normal Freq? Maybe I could get an Licence for an 2G Cell but all Freq are blocked by the Network Operators. So maybe I could get an Freq next to an 2G, 3g, 4G Band. So its possible to chance the freq? Thanks
