Can you send config to the device so we can see the full configuration of the unit? Also are you sure that you SPDIF chip/unit is set to 48000?
The the ‘wiki’ are you referring to the HTML version of the manual? The BC products need to be in line with all of the Sierra Wireless portfolio and since nothing else has a HTML manual we have converted everything to PDF and is available on the source (https://source.sierrawireless.com/).
