Can you share response for below?

cm radio
cm data

Is it on LTE mode? Have you configure the APN name for the subscription?
Please try configure the APN name using below commands:

cm data apn NXTGENPHONE

(If your SIM’s APN is not “NXTGENPHONE”, please modify accordingly)
