Hi, I’m trying to use a WP8584 on a private APN. when I put a prepay or account SIM in and connect to ‘internet’ all is well, connects to rmnet0, all works well. when I put a sim in that connects to a private APN I get this. That sim works in other sierra devices. [image] Any bright ideas ?

I presume you are setting any username and passwords that are required for the APN as private APN’s quite often require them?
