WATCHER

Recent Watcher releases do not install legacy drivers by default.

Only the Direct IP drivers are installed and will be supported going forward.

So if the PID of the device is not equal to 68A3 (DIP), go to "Menu->Reinstall" and re-install the drivers.

DRIVERS

If the menu "Reinstall Drivers" is not reachable through watcher or if only the drivers are installed, follow these steps:

    • Get from the web site the SDK for windows and for your product
    • Unzip it.
    • Open CMD DOS windows.
    • Run the command to install all drivers: DriverInst.exe -xml=installer_parameters_all.xml

Got this working but do not see any documentation on how to update the firmware
