HL 7648 RequestTimeout always for big files

Following is my log , here I am using Hl8648 to do http post to upload a file. I am sending exactly the bytes mentioned in the content length.(excluding the EOF pattern). Please tell me what could I be doing wrong…

Did you try with smaller size files ? Is it working? If smaller size file case is working and larger size not then please contact your Technical support in Sierra Wireless to provide you the solution as this problem needs a detailed technical analysis.
