Hi,
Did you check the +WIND indications.Check the WIND indication once,to check if SIM is getting registered or not,SIM rack is closed or open(for more details about WIND indications refer to AT command guide).
Also check with AT+CSQ command ,the signal strength and AT+CREG command,if SIM is getting registered.
