I have a GX400 that I have just set up. I am not able to get the portal to pick up the modem location. Am I missing something in the ACEmanager set-up such that I am preventing the device from sending GPS location? The device is reporting in to the portal so I know it is communicating.

I figured it out, I had to set the stationary report interval on the modem.
