The option 8(i.e. WIP_BOPT_PPP_CHAP) of +WIPBR command is used for providing CHAP authentication for the connection between the PC and the wireless CPU (UART bearer). For example CHAP or PAP protocol can be used to create a UART PPP connection between the PC and the Wireless CPU.
