What could we ask them while the Etisalat SIM works with mobile phone normally ?

Hi Anh,
found out that Etisalat normal prepaid SIM card is unable to send SMS. Seems GPRS, other GSM commands, receiving SMS, calling / receiving phone calls work. Tested with phone, enough credit. Tested 2 Etisalat SIM card and two units. Both units work with DU SIM card.
Bad luck there is no error code. the module likes “hang” :
