dear alex:
thanks for your reply:
i use the other ussd code *121# it have return and all is english character…

in thailand,,we use truemove network..it support english and thailand ..so if the ussd code return english ..it is ok
but if the ussd code is retrun include thailand character..it will be retrun +CUSD:4 or +CUSD:2

we try the with simcom and huawei and quectel 3g modem ...it can support AT+CSCS="UCS2" so..the *545# retrun is ok ,,,but our SL8082T at+cscs do not support AT+CSCS 's UCS2 config ..

can you explain ,,how the solve the issue..or need other configurate?

thanks alxe

Hi,
I have done some tests… found one interesting thing…
if you disable OAT using AT!CUSTOM command, then you can use ‘UCS2’ format.
