btw as i understand it’s a specific sony vaio problem and sony has discontinued products i’m posting here solution as could maybe help someone else.
First: the card is working perfectly.

For some reason sony guys has decided to put w_disable pins to high (think to save power) this cause card to go Low Power mode.

ONLY SOLUTION, as sony is no more releasing any driver is hardware. you have to mask W_disable#1 and W_disable#2 on datacard (pin 8 and 26 of ngff m.2). Those 2 pin control ON OFF state of the card.
This bypass sony error and make card live again ( even if cant be turned off)
