Finally I fixed my no service issue. very simple, re-checked both antenna connections. tried to flash the generic ATT FW. Then, everything works well on window10 PC. Found band 12 and 2. even em7455 directly worked with my flashed Rooter router. one only problem is that the cellular signal has only 48%. maybe need better antenna.
