Yes then I undestand at 1st place you got problem because mismatch module type and hardware. Module is for lenovo but installed on DELL server where actually you should use specific module for DELL then you could install DELL sierra specific drivers. Because you’ve changed VID and PID to follow sierra “generic” then you can install sierra generic drivers for that module.
