So we updated a couple of our cards with the latest firmware (SWI9X30C_02.20.03.00), now Windows does not recognize them. We updated to the latest drivers as well (USB Drivers Build 4581). With the previous loaded firmware (SWI9X30C_02.08.02.00_00) the card works fine with the latest drivers and previous drivers.
My questions are what is causing the problem and how do I downgrade the firmware?
Same problem here. Installed latest USB drivers followed by the Verizon firmware (took about 5 minutes, looked OK). Now the device doesnt even enumerate on the USB anymore
Have you checked either “QDLoader Port” was shown inside Windows Device Manager ? If exists that module were brought up at “Boot and Hoid Mode” and waiting for Firmware Update. You could try update via linux.
