So that looks fine all the way until you get this error back from the operator:
nwerror: 0021 - requested-service-option-not-subscribedShould be pretty self explanatory: the suscription information you provide in your connect request does not match your subscription. Make sure you use the correct APN, and that you request a supported context type. Some operators restrict dual stack or IPv6 usage.
You haven’t installed LUCI support for the wwan protocol you are using.
