I have created an Open AT 7.46 project and included the Internet and Security plugins. However, when I add the above including to my code, as per the examples, it is an unresolved inclusion. This turned out to be a corrupted installation of the Security plugin. I uninstalled and resinstalled it, using the Packages Manager view, and this solved both problems.
