Does Target Management work with 3 wires?

Is the Developer Studio Target Management supposed to be able to work with just a 3-wire (Rx, Tx, GND) UART connection?
ie, no hardware flow control.

I tried it with the “Hello, World” sample, and it didn’t seem to work:

• The console view couldn’t keep up with the unsolicited output;
• Wouldn’t go into Development mode

Doesn’t seem to work properly, indeed…
I guess that the use case is to handle connection to specific hardware were a full UART wasn’t completely wired.
We’ll have a check to see if we can improve that.
