# Using airvantage with gx440 error

Can anyone help me please. I’m using airvantage on my gx440 to send out a template. After I set up the template. I keep getting a error that saids " failed to write data on the system [msci error: 6 5003 msci]. What does msci error: 6 5003 msci mean if any one knows. I believe reset the msci to the default password and also changed it to a password I wanted in Airvantage. If someone can help shed some light that would be great.
